Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to mainland Australia only. Due to courier restrictions for furniture, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for efficiency, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

At Urban Adaptive, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Australia.

1. Shipping Rates & The $200 Threshold

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $200. This applies automatically at checkout.

  • Orders Under $200: Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your items.

2. Regional & Interstate Delivery Rates

We strive to keep shipping costs accessible, even for those in more remote areas.

  • Regional NSW, VIC & QLD: A flat $20 regional surcharge is applied to help cover the additional logistics of these routes.

  • Western Australia (WA): Shipping to WA often exceeds $70. To support our WA customers, we cap delivery costs at $40 and absorb the remaining balance ourselves to ensure you get a fair deal.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 3–7 business days.

  • Regional NSW, VIC, QLD: 5–10 business days.

  • WA, NT, and TAS: 7–14 business days.

Note on Large Items: High-performance office furniture, such as our Zenith or Apex desks, may require specialized courier handling and can take slightly longer to arrive.

Why we cap shipping costs

Shipping bulky lifestyle products across Australia can be expensive. For our friends in Western Australia, we believe you shouldn't be penalized by your postcode. By capping your shipping at $40, we make it more affordable for you to upgrade your home workspace or your pet's comfort with the Ridge Series.
