    We ship to mainland Australia only. Due to courier restrictions for furniture, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
    Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for efficiency, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

    1) Shipping rates

    Shipping is charged at checkout based on delivery region:
    • $10 — Sydney/NSW, ACT, Melbourne/VIC, Brisbane/QLD
    • $20 — SA & TAS
    • $40 — WA & NT
    Free shipping discount (orders $500+):
    We offer a free shipping discount on eligible orders $500+. If your order qualifies, the shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

    2) Order processing time

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

    3) Estimated delivery timelines

    After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
    • Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 3–7 business days
    • SA & TAS: 5–10 business days
    • WA, NT: 7–14 business days
    Note: Large items (such as desks and chairs) may require specialised courier handling and can take slightly longer to arrive.
