We ship to Mainland Australia and Tasmania only. Due to courier restrictions for furniture, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for efficiency, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.
1) Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at checkout based on delivery region:

$10 — Sydney/NSW, ACT, Melbourne/VIC, Brisbane/QLD

$20 — SA & TAS

$40 — WA & NT
Free shipping on eligible Australian orders of A$300 or more.
The discount applies automatically at checkout for eligible postcodes.
2) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
3) Estimated delivery timelines
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 3–7 business days

Note: Large items (such as desks and chairs) may require specialised courier handling and can take slightly longer to arrive.
