  • Change of Mind: To maintain our competitive pricing, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please ensure you have measured your space (especially for The Apex and Zenith desks) before ordering.

  • For items valued under $100 AUD, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund in lieu of a physical return. In these cases, you are welcome to keep the item, and we will issue a refund of an amount determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of your request. This helps us keep our processes efficient and minimise unnecessary shipping waste.

  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
