Change of Mind Returns (14 days)

We offer change-of-mind returns to help you shop with confidence.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
We may decline a change-of-mind return if the item has been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or is missing parts/packaging.

Return shipping (change of mind):

If your change-of-mind return is approved, we’ll confirm the return instructions by email.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to damage or fault).
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns (if your order included a shipping fee).
If your order included a shipping fee, it is charged based on delivery region:
- $10 — Sydney/NSW, ACT, Melbourne/VIC, Brisbane/QLD
- $20 — SA & TAS
- $40 — WA & NT

Tip before ordering: Please measure your space carefully (especially for larger items like desks) to ensure the best fit.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

Products that can’t be returned for health/hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., filters or similar sealed consumables)
Bulk purchases (including pallet orders)
Items that have been opened where this affects hygiene/safety or resaleability

Damaged Goods (report within 48 hours)

If your item arrives damaged, please email support@urbanadaptive.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll assess the claim and work with you on the next steps (replacement parts, replacement item, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation).
