Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to all metro and regional areas (some exceptions apply) across mainland Australia. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of our furniture items.

  • How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to metro areas usually takes 3–7 business days, while regional areas may take 7–12 business days.

Assembly & Product Info

  • Do the desks and chairs come assembled? To ensure safe and efficient shipping, our furniture arrives as a high-quality flat-pack. Every item includes a detailed, step-by-step assembly manual.

  • What tools do I need? Most of our items come with the necessary Allen keys. A standard Phillips-head screwdriver is occasionally required for some models.

Returns & Warranty

  • What is your warranty policy? We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all products, covering any functional or manufacturing defects.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if a courier has been a bit rough, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damage and the packaging to our email, and we will arrange a replacement or part immediately.

  • Do you offer "Change of Mind" returns? To keep our prices competitive and minimize our environmental footprint, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind. We highly recommend measuring your space before purchasing.
